We will always be able to support you with affordable service.
Fees are payable at the end of your consultation via EFTPOS facilities, cash or bank transfer. We can then claim your Medicare rebate for you, as a courtesy , so you don’t have to.
Medicare Rebates
To access a Medicare rebate you need to consult with your GP who may deem you eligible for a Mental Health Care Plan. Click here to learn more.
This will allow you to access 10 sessions per calendar year, with your Psychologist, that Medicare will help you pay the cost of.

Cancellation within 24 hours 100% of the session fee
No show on the day 100% of the session fee
Please respond to the appointment confirmation text to avoid a cancellation fee

Victim Services
We deliver therapeutic services to victims of crime approved under Victim Services.
YIM & Suicide Prevention
In partnership with One Door Mental Health, we deliver both the fully funded You In Mind and Clinical Suicide Prevention Programs for people who may be of ATSI or CALD diverse backgrounds, those in financial hardship as well as for over 65’s.
Private Health Funds
To claim from your private health fund simply submit your paid invoice to your fund.
