Kate White is an experienced and compassionate Clinical Counsellor with over 15 years of experience in the mental health and counselling field. With a strong academic foundation, Kate holds qualifications in Psychology, Criminology, Mindfulness, and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling. She is registered with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and is an accredited provider with You in Mind (YIM), State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA), Victim Services (VS), and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Kate’s professional expertise lies in supporting individuals who are grappling with a range of complex issues, including PTSD, Trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Depression, Anxiety, and Addiction. Her training in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) enables her to offer specialised treatment and support to those in need of emotional regulation and coping skills. In fact, she has developed a DBT program tailored to the specific needs of her clients, further demonstrating her commitment to providing evidence-based interventions.
