Louise Eliadis

Clinical Counsellor

Louise brings over 20 years of clinical experience in the mental health field, offering clients a compassionate and grounded approach to healing and personal growth. Drawing on extensive training across a range of therapeutic modalities — including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Process Work, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy, and Somatic Therapy — Louise tailors her work to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

She provides a safe, nurturing, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore challenges, build self-awareness, and develop effective tools for lasting change. Louise has worked extensively with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, difficulties managing anger, substance use concerns, adjustment issues, and life transitions.

Her practice is person-centred and trauma-informed, supporting clients to strengthen emotional regulation, enhance self-esteem, release stored trauma in the body, and foster resilience. Louise also integrates both mind and body in her therapeutic work, helping clients move toward balance and reconnection.

In addition to her clinical work, Louise has developed and facilitated workshops and programs for organisations across Australia, focusing on emotional regulation and somatic connection. Her approach is strengths-based and grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a deep respect for each person’s individual journey toward wellbeing.

Registered with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) as a clinical member, Louise holds qualifications in Master of Health Sciences (Sexual Health), Graduate Diploma of Counselling, and Bachelor of Arts (Psychology). She holds SIRA and You in Mind (YIM) accreditation. Lou consults from our Moorebank and Campbelltown rooms.
